Cute Card Thursday 458 - Anything Goes

Wow, another week gone by and very nearly the end of the year. And we have another Challenge for you over at Cute Card Thursday.  And it's another super easy Anything Goes Challenge. So go on and get your Crafty stuff out.

I made a tag for this challenge. It has a pocket on the front, so I can add a wee something. I used a Krista Smith image from when she designed for Sugar Nellie. This one is a Rubber Stamp called Amelia. I die cut the tag using a Tim Holtz Sizzix die and the gears were again Tim Holtz by Sizzix I think. I cut the tag from white card and then distressed with Distress inks. The cogs were distressed then I went over them with Alchemy Wax from Imagination Crafts. They are kinda shiny, but the photo makes it look worse. In fact, I am really happy with how this tag turned out. I don't usually do Steampunk, but couldn't turn down this Sugar Nellie stamp when it came out. So I had to get some gears and cog dies to go with the flow. But I might just have to give it another go now.

Cute Card Thursday 457 - Anything Goes

New Challenge over at Cute Card Thursday and it's a super easy anything goes Challenge for you all. So if you can manage to find a bit of time for crafting over the Festive Period we'd love to see you over there. I thought I was pretty organised - erm no I guess not. But I'm getting there.
Anyway we are being sponsored by Lemon Shortbread this week.

For my card I have used Winter Fairy from Lemon Shortbread. She is super cute don't you think. The papers are digi from Michele Roo Designs. With a diecut snowflake, a snowflake charm and a bit of ribbon and a Craftwork Cards sentiment this card came together nicely.

Cute Card Thursday 456 - Snowflakes

New Challenge over at Cute Card Thursday with the theme Snowflakes. This week we are sponsored by Di's Digi Stamps.

I'm so running out of time and needed a nice gift tag for SIL's present. So a wee Coffee theme going and gold and black snowflake paper helped me decide on this. The coffee cup is a die from Whimsy - I so love this one, just a nice size. The tag, stitched circle and banners are all dies from MFT. I broke my wee snowflake punch, so had to hunt another one down. I finally found one in a pack of three, but I had to have it (even if I wont use the others).

Cute Card Thursday 455 - Stars/Sparkles

New Challenge started over at Cute Card Thursday and the theme is Stars/Sparkles. We are sponsored this week by All Dressed Up Stamps.

For my card I have used the super cute Happy Christmas Little Star. She turned out totally different to what I had in mind. For a start she was pink in my mind. Oops. Anyway, went with these papers from Michele R Designs. A bit of Kraft card and some die cut Poinsettia's with star centres and she is all done. I have added some sparkly Wink of Stella (but you can't see it on the photo). Coloured with Polychromos Pencils and blended with Sansador using paper stumps.

I have used the Sketch over at Sketch Saturday. Rotated it and used a rectangle instead of the oval.

Cute Card Thursday 454 - Toys or Transport

Oops, totally forgot what day we were on. But - hey, I'm here now. So onto the new Challenge over at Cute Card Thursday. The theme this week is toys or transport. I went with a bit of both using this Lili of the Valley stamp. We are sponsored by Whimsy Stamps. I decided to make a gift bag. The back is a cheap lunch bag which I covered with cardstock.

Cute Card Thursday 453

We have another Challenge up over at Cute Card Thursday and the theme is Tag, Ornament or Bauble. We are sponsored this week by Sherri Baldy. I decided to make a Tag, as I am really enjoying making them just now. I cut the tag using an MFT die and added some Impression Obsession die cut trees and snow drifts using MFT snow drift dies. The star is Taylored Expressions. I used some Stampendous Embossing Frantage stuff to look like snow falling. And the super cute horse is from Whimsy Stamps and is digital. I am so glad they brought them back. Can't wait to see what else they have in store. I have coloured him in using Polychromos Pencils and blended with Sansador using Paper stumps. Oh - I almost forgot to add that I have added some acetate to the front to make it curved. And horsey is sitting on top of the acetate with the scene behind it. (Haha, that's what makes this tag too).

Cute Card Thursday 452 - Christmas/Holidays

Yay, I'm on my Christmas Crafting mode. The theme for the Cute Card Thursday Challenge is Christmas/Holidays. So I'm sure you all can play along. We are being sponsored by Di's Digi stamps, where you can find loads of fab images. For my card  I have used this cutie from Kraftin Kimmie stamps, and coloured her in pinks and greenish. The sentiment is also from the set. I have followed the Kraftin Kimmie's November sketch and since I have used non traditional colours (that is if you ignore the red Poinsettia's haha) I am going to chance it and enter it into their Non traditional Christmas Colours Challenge here. The papers are My Minds Eye and the Poinsettia's are Marianne Designs. The button is an MFT die as is the flag for the sentiment.

Thursday 10 November 2016

Cute Card Thursday 451 - Add something Metallic

Another week over and a new challenge over at Cute Card Thursday. The theme this week is to add something metallic. We are sponsored by All Dressed Up Stamps. I added a snowflake charm for this. I decided to make a wee prezzie of hot chocolate, mallows and candy cane. So made a tag for it. I was quite happy with the tag. I used this wee cutie who was just calling out Hot Chocolate. The papers are digi from Pink Petticoat. The wee mallows at the bottom are from an MFT die and the snowflakes are from Paper Smooches. I added a few sequins on the image too. And another view - straight on.

I am going to enter this into the Challenge over at In the Pink where the theme is Winter.

Thursday 3 November 2016

Cute Card Thursday 450 - Anything but a card

Time for another Challenge over at Cute Card Thursday where the theme is Anything but a card. I needed a gift box, so thought it was perfect timing. So I got out my trusty Scorepal and measured it all out. So here is the result. I have used a Saturated Canary digital image, but sadly they are no longer available. The paper is from Sweet Shoppe Designs and a whimsy Die for the snowflake. We are sponsored this week by Whimsy Stamps. And they are brought back digi stamps - yay.

Simply B Stamps Challenge 1

Running a bit slow with this one, but hopefully managing to get it posted in time. My card for the first Monthly Challenge over at Simply Betty Stamps. As I was running late, I used an image that I had already coloured up. Making it a super quick card. Well for me anyway. I can't find this cutie in store at the mo, but I'm sure you could find something if you have a wee look round. The sentiment is from another Betty image here. The papers are from Sweet shoppe Designs - Black Pearl by Misty Cato. I just love these papers.

Thursday 27 October 2016

Cute Card Thursday 449 - Lace and Pearls

This weeks challenge over at Cute Card Thursday is sponsored by Lemon Shortbread and the theme is Lace and Pearls. I used this wee cutie. High Hopes Challenge

I thought I would dig out one of my High Hopes Stamps (that and my Sister needed a Cat card), so thought I would follow the sketch over at High Hopes and enter the challenge. So here is my card. Coloured with Polychromos Pencils and blended with Sansador using Paper stumps. The button and cat tag are MFT dies. The papers are from Sweet Shoppe Designs - A Legacy of Love by Kristen Cronin Barrow. The cute image is over course from High Hopes and can be found here.

Cute Card Thursday 448 - Halloween

Another Week gone by - Boy aren't they flying by. So that means it's time for another Challenge over at Cute Card Thursday where the theme is Halloween. I can do that. I decided to make some wee treat holders using the Tim Holtz Pillow Die. They are rather simple, but I quite like that. It doesn't make it quicker to make right enough. Haha. This week we are being sponsored by Di's Digi stamps where the winner will receive a $12 voucher for her store. The cute owls are from Kraftin Kimmie Stamps as is the sentiment. The die cuts are from MFT and Taylored Expressions. With a bit of twine added around the middle. I am going to enter this into the Kraftin Kimmie Wonderful Wednesday Challenge where the theme is Anything Goes.

Thursday 13 October 2016

Cute Card Thursday 447 - Recipe

Another week gone by and another challenge over at Cute Card Thursday. This week we have a Recipe challenge going - 3 brads/gems, 2 papers and 1 ribbon/washi. We are sponsored again by All Dressed Up Stamps. So I used this super cute on my farm and gone for a Boy card. I have coloured it using Polychromos pencils and blended with Sansador using paper stumps. The papers are a download from Pink Petticoat. The silver star strip is my Washi tape. I had to add a silver matt to go with it - haha. And 3 wee brads in the corner. I so don't use brads (and yes I have a box full of them from years ago - when I still didn't use them). A very simple card from me, but I am liking it, so all is good.

Thursday 6 October 2016

Cute Card Thursday 446 - Anything Goes

This week at Cute Card Thursday we have a super easy challenge for you - Anything goes. So come on, get your projects all linked up. We are sponsored by Bunny Zoe's Crafts. They are closing down, but that just means you get more for your money - right.
I have used this cute digi from Sugar Nellie and coloured her with Copics. The papers are also digi from Michele R Designs. MFT dies to cut her and the sentiment out. And some flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts. I have followed the sketch from Sketch Saturday.

Thursday 29 September 2016

Cute Card Thursday 445 - CAS

Lucky for me the new challenge over at Cute Card Thursday is CAS. This week we are sponsored by Magnolia - licious. I don't really do cards other than CAS. I love everyone elses, but just don't seem to be able to do them myself. Oh well, I just have to admire everyone elses. I am into making these easel calendars just now. What I am going to do with them (about 10 so far haha) I don't know. I was thinking about doing a Christmas craft fair, but I really wouldn't have enough things to sell. Guess I'll have wee sticky note calendars everywhere. haha.

The writing is a digi stamp from Whimsy Stamps from when they did digi stamps. I really wish they would bring them back, they were all gorgeous. The Ladybirds are an Elizabeth Crafts die. I added the pencil to one of my calendars and now I feel it's not finished without it.The papers are from Sweet Shoppe Designs - A Whimsical Garden by Kristen Cronin Barrow.

Thursday 22 September 2016

Cute Card Thursday #444 - Party Time

The new Challenge over at Cute Card Thursday is now on the go with the theme Party Time. We are sponsored by Sherri Baldy. I have used one of her images for my card, you can find it here. The papers are from Sweet Shoppe designs - A Legacy of Love by Kristen Cronin Barrow. The coffee cup is a die by Impression Obsessions and the donut is by Taylored Expressions. I printed the sentiment.

Thursday 15 September 2016

Cute Card Thursday 443 - Vintage

Once again another week has flown by and the theme for the Cute Card Thursday Challenge is Vintage. Hmm, I don't do vintage. Just the thought of roughing it up a bit puts me in a sweat. But hey, it's a challenge right (and only a bit of paper - yeah). So here is the end result, and I'm quite liking it. I might just have to try it again. (Did I really just say that).  We are being sponsored by Dis Digi Stamps with a $12 voucher to spend in store.
Well onto my card. I dug out an oldie stamp for this one. I have used a Leanne Ellis stamp from Sugar Nellie. You can get her in a super deal here. £9.99 for 5 stamps. What's not to love about that eh. But you can also get her on her own from here. The papers are digi from Michelerdesigns not that you can see much of them. The lace die is from Joanna Sheen and the birdcage is Tim Holtz. I decided to use some Imagination Crafts Alchemy Wax in Bronze to make it look a bit more aged. I have never used this before, but do like the result.

Thursday 8 September 2016

Cute Card Thursday 442 - Animals/Creatures

Another week gone and time for the Cute Card Thursday Challenge where they have the theme Animals/Creatures. A nice and easy one for you all. We are sponsored this week by All Dressed Up Stamps. So for my card I used Christmas Post from All Dressed Up. And another Christmas card for the box. Loads more to go right enough. The papers are from Papermania. I really must use up some of my papers. I like Digital papers, but have soo many real papers, that I have to at least try and use them once in a while. The snowflakes are dies from Paper Smooches. The circles are MFT stitched circles and the scallop circle is a Tonic die. The sentiment is from Mama Elephant. For the snow I used some embossing powder - I just love this effect for snow. I have followed the sketch over at Sketch Saturday.

Thursday 1 September 2016

Cute Card Thursday 441 - House / Home

Oops, a bit late with this one. But hey, I'm here now. Well we have another Challenge over at Cute Card Thursday - the theme is House / Home. And we are sponsored by Bunny Zoe's Crafts. So I decided to go with a wee gift for someone. Who wouldn't want wine and chocolate - right.  I used a wee froggie stamp from Whimsy Stamps, and coloured it with Copics. The diecut reeds is from Joy crafts. It was actually bigger than I was expecting, but it's OK, I'm still getting to use it. The sentiment is printed from the computer and the small bit of paper is from Papermania. I added a few wee sequins because they were sitting on my desk crying to be used. Haha.

And a wee close up of the image. Maybe not the best picture, but you can see it anyway.
I am going to enter it into the ABC Challenge - O for open (anything goes).

Thursday 25 August 2016

Cute Card Thursday 440 - Words and Numbers

Well that's another week over. So here I am with my DT card for the challenge over at Cute Card Thursday where the theme is words and numbers. We are sponsored this week by Ppinkydolls.  For my card I have used this Cutie from Ppinkydolls. The Happy Birthday is from Whimsy stamps from when they did digi stamps. The balloons are from a Quickutz die that I have had for years. I added the 18 just because really. I have followed the sketch from Sketch Saturday. I am also going to enter it into the Challenge over at In the pink where the theme is make it sparkle.

Thursday 18 August 2016

Cute Card Thursday 439 - Kiddies/Babies

Well it's time for another challenge over at Cute Card Thursday where the theme is Kiddies / Babies. So I decided to use this cutie from Mo's Digital Pencil. The papers are from Pink Petticoat and I have coloured him (or her) up using Copics. The die is an MFT die. I have followed the sketch from Sketch Saturday.

Thursday 11 August 2016

Cute Card Thursday 438 - Dressing Up

Yay, I have been asked to join the DT over at Cute Card Thursday. This was one of the first challenges that I came across (and just watched in awe at everyone's creations). So of course I had to say yes. Well, for my first challenge the theme is Dressing up and is being sponsored by All Dressed Up. So I have used Princess for a day from All Dressed Up, I mean everyone likes to be a Princess once in a while don't they. I have coloured her with Polychromos pencils and blended with Sansador using paper stumps. The papers are a very old set from Papermania. The make a wish is a stamp from Mama Elephant and the tag is an MFT die. I have followed the sketch from Sketch Saturday.

Thursday 28 July 2016

The Sugar Bowl 139

Well, isn't time flying by. Yep - it's time for the challenge over at Sugar Nellie again. As always it is an anything goes theme, but make sure you use an image that you can get over at Funky Kits. I decided to make a Christmas Tag this month. I have been seeing cards with an acetate curve at the front. So I decided to try it, but on a tag. And I am quite liking it. So I cut the tag using the largest die from MFT Tag Die. The trees are from Impressions Obsessions, the snow drifts are MFT. The star is from Memory Box. I decided to give it a snowy feel by adding some Stampendous chunky embossing powder. Of course I used the super sweet mini Gorjuss Girl #10 Purrfect Love. I just love all the Gorjuss range and there is a great range of them over at Funky Kits. And finished off with a bit of ribbon.

I don't know if you can see the acetate any better in this one. But it is there I promise. I coloured her with Polychromos pencils and blended with Sansador using paper stumps. So what you waiting for - hop on over to The Sugar Nellie Blog and see what everyone else has made. There is a super prize of 4 stamps to be won, but you have gotta be in it to win it.
I am going to enter this wee cutie into the ABC Christmas Challenge where the theme is O for overlay. I think the acetate covers that.

Thursday 7 July 2016

Sketch Saturday 419

A moving card from me today. I followed the sketch from Sketch Saturday for this one and actually quite like how it turned out. The image is from Simply Betty Stamps called Moving Betty. The one and only paper is First Edition and the feathers are a Joy craft die. I printed the sentiment and added an MFT die cut button and some twine. I even managed to hand it over without putting 3 rhinestones on somewhere. Quickly before I changed my mind - haha.

Thursday 30 June 2016

The Sugar Bowl 138

Yep it's that time again. Time for another Challenge over at Sugar Nellie. These Months are just flying buy aren't they. It'll be Christmas before we know it. Haha - yes I did say the C word. I really do need to start my Christmas cards soon. I usually enjoy making them throughout the year, but I haven't made any this year - oops. Anyway - back to the challenge. As usual it is anything goes, as long as you use a Sugar Nellie stamp. They have a cool prize of 4 stamps or digis of your choice. So dig out your Sugar Nellie / Gorjuss Girl stamps and play along.
Well for my card I have used an oldie. Miss Tulip by Mary Hall. And she is only £2.00 - a bargain. I thought she would be good to colour with the Nature class from Kit and Clowder, but I haven't got the class yet. So when I do eventually get it (yep - I am likely to get it pretty soon) then I may colour her up again to see the difference. The square die is MFT, the Sun is Lil Inker and the tag is a Spellbinder die. The sentiment is Taloured Expressions I think. The paper is digi from Sweet Shoppe Designs - A Whimsical garden by Kristen Cronin Barrow. I have followed the sketch from Sketch Saturday but have rotated it slightly.

Wednesday 29 June 2016

Kraftin Kimmie Wonderful Wednesday

I have made an Easel card for the Wonderful Wednesday Challenge over at Kraftin Kimmie Stamps. The theme is as always Anything goes, so nice and simple for you all. I have used one of the new stamp sets called Fancy Flamingos, and I love them. I had to go shopping for some Flamingo papers and found some digi ones from sweet shoppe Designs which I thought were perfect. So my card is A6 size and made into an easel card. I don't make them very often (not sure why) but sure do like the end result. The sun is a die from Lil Inker. I went looking for a sun die cos I didn't have any, now I have 4 - oops. The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts. I stamped the sentiment on Vellum, just for something different.

And just another angle for ya.

Sunday 26 June 2016

Kraftin Kimmie 337

I'm a little late with my Challenge card for the Challenge over at Kraftin Kimmie Stamps Challenge, but better late than never - right. Well I am still a Guest DT (for the month of June), so thought I had better get a move on. The theme for this Saturday Challenge is Wedding / Special Occasion. So I decided to use this cute couple - Lets Celebrate. Coloured with Polychromos Pencils and blended with Sansador using paper stumps. The papers are First Edition (I know real papers - shocking). The anniversary sentiment is from this stamp set too. I have also used the June Sketch from Kraftin Kimmie. I am going to enter this card into the Cute Card Thursday Challenge where their theme is Wedding / Anniversary. How lucky was that eh.

Tuesday 21 June 2016

Anything but a card Kraftin Kimmie

Well it's time over at Kraftin Kimmie's Challenge Blog for there anything but a card challenge. So I decided to make another one of my Sticky Note Calendars. Again, I am still waiting for next years Calendar Tabs, but I think they should be out next month - yay. I am lucky to be Guest Designer for the Month of June, so thought I would get something made for this challenge.

I make an Easel card out of an A6 size card. The sheep is coloured using Polychromos Pencils and blended with Sansador using paper stumps. Cut out with a MFT stitched circle die. The scallop die is from Tonic. I found a very old Quickutz die in my craft bits for the grass. Probably the first time used too - Haha. Added a square sticky note pad and pencil to the bottom part. The pencil loop is a bit of elastic (thought it would be easier to get the pencil in and out with elastic). Really simple to make. Now I'm just waiting for the Calendar Tabs to come out. Oh and the papers are by Papermania with green card for the mats.

Sunday 12 June 2016

Kraftin Kimmie June Release

The time has come for the new release over at Kraftin Kimmie Stamps to be released. And I am happy to say I am joining in on their Blog hop. I am again showing Floating Fiona, who is totally adorable. I have coloured her with Copics this time.

There is now a new store over at Kraftin Kimmie which looks super cool. And, if you place an order this weekend, Kim is sending you an extra wee freebie (it may be a stamp, sequins, buttons, brads, flowers or anything) Don't we just love surprises. And there are plenty of gorgeous stamps to be had, so go on, take a peek here.

For my card I have used Floating Fiona which is a clear stamp set, and is rather gorgeous. The papers are Echo Park - Summer Party. I coloured her with Copics ( I am just learning these so tend to avoid using them, but like the depth of the colours). I am pretty happy with how she turned out. The sentiment is also part of the same stamp set. The starfish charm was just crying out to be used, so I had to oblige haha. Oh, and don't forget the few sequins.
So go on and check out the whole release along the Blog hop. And, they are all now available too.

I am going to enter her into the challenge over at Sweet Stampin where the theme is lots of layers (3 or more).

Wednesday 8 June 2016

Kraftin Kimmie Sneek Peek

Woo hoo - I'm a Krafty Guest for today's new release sneek peek over at Kraftin Kimmie Stamps. Today is Day three and we're previewing the fab new stamp set called Floating Fiona by Artist Annie Rodrigue. And boy is it a cute set. You get one image and five sassy sentiments. You're really gonna love her.

You can get your hands on this set and all the others on Saturday night when they will be released. From Kraftin Kimmie Stamps.

Now for my take on her. She really was lovely to colour. I have a wee soft spot for dolphins, so she was perfect for me (even though it was a blow up dolphin - haha). I coloured her up with Polychromos pencils and blended with Sansador using paper stumps. The papers are nice and summery and are called Summer Party by Echo Park. I have kept things very simple (as usual), only adding some clouds and twine. The clouds are a Memory Box die which I have had for years. The sentiment is part of the stamp set and cut into a tag shape.
I am going to attempt to add the Linky thingie with all the Krafty Girls to visit. But if for some reason I don't get it right you can find the link back at Kraftin Kimmie's Blog.

Cute Card Thursday 427

The Challenge over at Cute Card Thursday is for Holidays. So I went with Halloween for this. Over on Simply Betty Stamps Facebook Page they are celebrating Halloween early. Well every month til October to be precise. I might manage the monthly ones, but not too sure I will manage any daily challenges, but we'll give it a go. For this month they want to see Elegant Halloween. Hmm Elegant and Halloween so don't go together. I decided to go with a bag/box thing found here. I used a wee bit of DP around the bottom and added the web punch out around the bottom too. The punch is a Martha Stewart one I have had for an age. I added some liquid pearls on the web too, but they are kinda all different sizes - oops. I thought the doily added to the elegant look - right. I couldn't do Halloween without some Ghosts, so have added three wee Ghosts in there. Some are from a Memory Box die and some Taylored Expressions. The skull charm is a Sizzix die I have had for years (but is the first time used). I can't seem to find the image, but you can get others here.

Sunday 29 May 2016

Kraftin Kimmie Challenge 333

Haha, I think I may just have too many supplies. When I saw the theme for the Challenge over at Kraftin Kimmie was Summer I didn't think I had any Summer stamps. Hmm - who had just bought some of the new release. Yep, very Summery stamps they are too. Plus I have a mountain of Mermaid stamps. Oh well - I guess I can play along. Anyway, here is my card, made with a few stamps from the Keep Swimming clear set. I can't find it in store at the mo (it may be sold out). The die cut seaweed/shells (that you can just about see) are from Taylored Expression. The papers are from Sweet Shoppe Designs - Baby it's cold outside by Jayday.

Friday 27 May 2016

Kraftin Kimmie Challenge 332

I was thinking about doing a craft fair at Christmas. The local Primary School has asked me the last coupe of years if I want a table. Hmm - no, I'm not that good. Haha. Well, I decided I might give it a go this year. Well, maybe. So I thought I would see what I could come up with. Well I decided to try these sticky note calendar things, and I must say I'm quite liking them. But I could be over run with calendars when I don't do the craft fair. Haha. Well the Calendar tabs don't come out til July (I think), so I had to make do with the only ones I could find (last years) for my photo taking. I thought about adding a wee pencil, so I now have to go back and add one to the other few I have made. Anyway, I have used the super cute A Furry Surprise from Kraftin Kimmie Stamps. ( Stamp also available here in the UK). The papers are from Sweet Shoppe Designs.  The tag is a die from MFT. I am entering it into the Challenge over at Kraftin Kimmie where the theme is Animals.

Thursday 26 May 2016

The Sugar Nellie Challenge

Yep, it's that time again for the Sugar Nellie Challenge. Again we have an anything goes theme. Nice and simple for you all. For my card today I have used a digi stamp from the Simply Adorable range. This one is called Lizzie. And if you aren't into digi stamps, she is also available as printed stamps to colour from The Hobby House.  (and the other set from The Hobby House). The papers are downloads from Sweet Shoppe Designs - Here without you by Krystal Hartley. The sentiment is from Craftwork cards which I have had for ages. Thought I should use some up. A bit of lace, a doily and some pearls to finish. Coloured with Polychromos pencils and blended with Sansador using paper stumps.
I am going to enter her into the Challenge over at Dream Valley Challenges where the theme is add a doily.

Monday 9 May 2016

Tiddly Inks 181 - Fairies

The Challenge over at Tiddly Inks is all about Fairies. And would you believe, I didn't have too many Fairies, so went shopping for a few more. I just couldn't resist this cutie - Willow the greeting Fairy. Coloured with Polychromos pencils and blended with Sansador using paper stumps. The papers are Lili of the Valley, but they don't do papers anymore. Thought I had better start using them instead of hoarding them. The sentiment is from Kanban, an old stamp set I have had for years. The button and oval are cut using MFT dies.

Thursday 28 April 2016

Sugar Nellie

Please remember the Challenge has now moved to it's new home over on The Sugar Nellie Blog.

I was asked if I wanted to join the DT over on The Sugar Bowl Challenge. Hmm, let me think about it - err yes of course I do. So here I am with my first DT card. I decided to use this cute stamp from the Scrapberry's range. This on is called Blue Bunny. It is smaller than the others I have got, but still cute and easy to use. I decided to make a Gift card holder and just to show that you can still make a card with them, I made a 5"x 5" card too.

I used papers from Pink Petticoat and a doily. The tag is an MFT die and is a bit smaller than I was expecting. But it works I think. The sentiment is from Mama Elephant.

There are some changes happening to the Challenge from now on. The Challenge will be on The Sugar Nellie Blog and hopefully will attract more people to enter.

Sunday 10 April 2016

Tiddly Inks 179

I've had this image coloured up for a while. So decided to make her into a tag. Of course she is from Tiddly Inks. Coloured with Polychromos Pencils and blended with Sansador with Paper stumps. The papers are digi from Sweet Shoppe Designs - Breelyn by Krystal Hartley. I am entering her into the Challenge over at Tiddly Inks where the theme is gentle Spring colours. The sentiment is Mama Elephant.
