Cute Card Thursday 461 - Cool Colours/Tones

That's another week gone by. And another Challenge over at Cute Card Thursday where the theme this week is cool colours/tones. We are sponsored this week by Di's Digi Stamps.This one nearly had me stumped - I'm not quite ready to be making Christmas cards (OK, so I should get starting them), but that's OK, blue is a cool colour right. So a New Baby Boy card we have. I have used this wee cutie from Lili of the Valley. I can only find him in digi form, but that means no waiting on the Postie. Cute Card Thursday 439 - Kiddies/Babies

Well it's time for another challenge over at Cute Card Thursday where the theme is Kiddies / Babies. So I decided to use this cutie from Mo's Digital Pencil. The papers are from Pink Petticoat and I have coloured him (or her) up using Copics. The die is an MFT die. I have followed the sketch from Sketch Saturday.

Sugar Nellie

I was asked if I wanted to join the DT over on The Sugar Bowl Challenge. Hmm, let me think about it - err yes of course I do. So here I am with my first DT card. I decided to use this cute stamp from the Scrapberry's range. This on is called Blue Bunny. It is smaller than the others I have got, but still cute and easy to use. I decided to make a Gift card holder and just to show that you can still make a card with them, I made a 5"x 5" card too.

I used papers from Pink Petticoat and a doily. The tag is an MFT die and is a bit smaller than I was expecting. But it works I think. The sentiment is from Mama Elephant.

There are some changes happening to the Challenge from now on. The Challenge will be on The Sugar Nellie Blog and hopefully will attract more people to enter.

Sketch Saturday with Mo

Woohoo. I'm liking this card. I don't say that too often really. I coloured this Cutie in with Copics and quite like how it turned out. Big Sis has asked me to make some Baby cards for her friends. Hmm - so I leave it to the last minute. Well I followed the sketch from Sketch Saturday and used papers from Pink Petticoat - Gingham and washed out. The sentiment is from Personal Impression. I even used my new Sizzix Hearts Embossing Folder. I am also going to enter this into the Bella and Bronte Challenge where they have an anything goes theme.

Mo's Digital Pencil 259

I must be in pink mode just now. A wee Baby Girl card this time using this wee cutie from Mo's Digital Pencil. The papers are oldies from Papermania, but still work right. The sentiment is from Personal Impressions. I coloured her with Polychromos pencils and blended with with Sansador using paper stumps. I was happy with her face, but I thought her arms were a little brown. But she couldn't have been too bad, she made it to a card.
Oops - forgot to say I'm entering her into Mo's Challenge where there is an anything goes theme.

Tiddly Inks Baby Boy

Managed to fit in a Baby card amongst some Christmas crafting. Not that there is much of that going on either, the mojo has completely left me. But here is a wee cutie for the Tiddly Inks Challenge where the theme is Baby Inks.  I have used this Wee Cutie and made an A6 card. The papers are from Sweet Shoppe Designs - A Legacy of Love by Kristen Cronin Barrow. The sentiment is from Personal Impressions.

Papertake Weekly - Take your pick

I have had this card on the go for a while now. It just wasn't happening, but finally I got it to come together. And just in time for the Challenge over at Papertake Weekly where they have a few themes etc to choose from. I went with the colour theme - blue and green. I have used this wee Cutie, which is a digi stamp from Wee stamps. Only they have closed there doors (but will hopefully reopen at some point). But I think it may be in rubber from Whimsy Stamps. The sentiment is Lili of the valley and the papers are from Crafters Companion. The image is cut out using an MFT die and the clouds are Memory Box.
