Tiddly Inks Christmas
I made an early Christmas card for the challenge over at Tiddly Inks where the theme is Merry Berry. I decided to use an image drawn by Christy's Daughter, how cute is it. And she comes as a set of 3 - here. The papers are First Edition (I think) which I have had for just a little while haha. They are nice and glittery too. The sentiment is from Personal Impressions. I am also entering it into the challenge over at Sweet Stampin where the theme is Food and Drink. I think the Gingerbread men/cookies just about covers that.

The Sugar Bowl 131
A bit of a late one from me. I haven't done much crafting of late, but hopefully things are gonna get back to normal. So I went simple and made a wee tag with this cute Gorjuss Girl. Yes she is the wee one, but she does come in the larger size too - here. Anyway I am going to enter her into The Sugar Bowl Challenge where they have an anything goes theme. The little bit of paper is digi from Michele Roo Designs. Spellbinders Holly diecuts and Taylored Expressions sentiment.
And while I was at it, I made another tag for the snowflake/star challenge over at All Dressed Up Facebook page. This wee Cutie comes in a set of three. The papers are again from Michele Roo Designs and the sentiment is again Taylored Expressions. The tags are dies from Whiff of Joy. They were too good to turn down in their closing down sale.

Cute Card Thursday 405
Managed to fit in a card for Big Sis's Birthday. The mojo has well and truely left me, so I was glad this card came to me. I have been admiring these box type card things and really wanted to give it a go. I found some instructions in a mag and it really is pretty simple. I used a Saturated Canary Image and coloured her in with Polychromos pencils and blended with sansador with paper stumps. But I don't like taking photos of this card, so hard. Anyway I am going to enter it into the challenge over at Cute Card Thursday where they have an anything goes challenge happening.

Tiddly Inks Christmas
Another Christmas card made. Yay - go me. This time with the super cute Angelic Wishes Digi Stamp from Tiddly Inks. And they have an anything goes challenge over at Tiddly Inks Challenge Blog, so I guess I can add her over there. I also want to enter her into the challenge over at Cute Card Thursday where the theme is Fairies and Angels. The papers I have used are digi from Sweet Shoppe Designs - Deck the Halls Chic by Kristen Kronin Barrow. The sentiment is a mini set from Taylored Expressions. The trees are Creative Expression dies.

The Sugar Bowl 130
Well that Month sure flew by. Nearly missed getting a card into the Sugar Bowl Challenge. But I found this wee cutie in my box of coloured images, so thought I would get her onto a card. She was a rubber stamp by Krista Smith for Sugar Nellie, but was really limited. But she did appear on the Sugar Nellie Blog as a freebie Digi the other week. The papers are from First Edition. The Holly Leaves are a Spellbinder die with some Craftwork Cards Candy for the berries. The sentiment is from Personal Impressions. And a few green pears to finish. A nice quick card for me (for a change). I followed the sketch over at Sketch Saturday, turned and flipped (I think - haha).

Tiddly Inks Baby Boy
Managed to fit in a Baby card amongst some Christmas crafting. Not that there is much of that going on either, the mojo has completely left me. But here is a wee cutie for the Tiddly Inks Challenge where the theme is Baby Inks. I have used this Wee Cutie and made an A6 card. The papers are from Sweet Shoppe Designs - A Legacy of Love by Kristen Cronin Barrow. The sentiment is from Personal Impressions.

High Hopes November
Well I think that is me in Christmas mode now. Thankfully the Challenge over at High Hopes is Christmas/Winter. As I won the Challenge in September I was invited back to be Guest Designer for November. So here is my take on it. I have used this wee Cute Penguin - Penguin on ice. The papers are digi from Michele R Designs - Santa is coming. I printed the sentiment and added a doily some ribbon and Spellbinder Holly die cuts. I am also going to enter it into the ABC Challenge - U Unlimited (anything Goes).

The Sugar Bowl 129
I have had this wee Scrapberry Image coloured for a wee while now. I just couldn't decide on what papers to pair it up with. It finally came to me the other night that it would go perfectly with these papers from Spunky Tart. (Well I think so anyway - Haha). I added my doily to break it up a bit. The sentiment is from Personal Impressions. The circle and oval are dies from MFT. A very simple card as usual from me I am going to enter this card into The Sugar Bowl Challenge where they have an anything goes theme.

Tiddly Inks Challenge 166
Another Christmas card down. This one seemed to take a while, but it turned out good, so all is well. Another cute digi stamp by Tiddly Inks, coloured with Copics. The challenge over at Tiddly Inks is don't be square. I think that is probably why it took so long - haha. The papers are by Dovecraft. The holly is a die from Spellbinders and the ovals are from MFT.

High Hopes Christmas Kitty
Another Christmas card done. And I'm quite liking this one. It is an A5 card, but I think it turned out OK. I normally make square cards, either 5" or 6". But I think I could make some more of this size. The cute Kitty is from High Hopes and is part of their new release. The papers are 12x12 from Dovecrafts. I have had them a few years now. Oh and the doily is a few years older than them. I thought they were cute, but didn't know how to use them really. Yay, I found a way. Haha. And the sentiment is from Crafty Impressions. I am going to enter this wee Guy into the High Hopes Challenge where the theme is Christmas/Halloween/Fall. I also want to enter it into the Challenge over at Papertake Weekly where the theme is Christmas.

Kraftin Kimmie Monochrome
Managed a wee monochrome card for my next Kraftin Kimmie challenge entry. And funnily enough the theme is monochrome. When I see monochrome I automatically see black and white, so here I have a black and white card. I used this image from a set of two. The papers are from an old Papermania pad. I will be sad to see these finish (now I have finally started to use them).

Kraftin Kimmie Penguin
Yay, more Christmas cards. I can do this - haha. Well over at Kraftin Kimmie Stamps they have a challenge on the go where the theme is animals. So I got this wee Penguin out for another few Christmas cards. Again following the September sketch from Kraftin Kimmie. The papers are freebies that I have had for a while. And a wee tag added and a few rhinestones and a simple Christmas card is made. So I made four. Haha. I am entering these into the Challenge over at Papertake Weekly where the theme is Animal Magic.

Kraftin Kimmie #296
I really need to get into Christmas mode real soon. I've been wanting to find a simple design to make a few cards at a time. And the Sept sketch over at Kraftin Kimmie was perfect for it. The papers were a freebie from a magazine. I don't normally use them, but thought they were too nice to just hide on a shelf. And of course the image is from Kraftin Kimmie. The Saturday Challenge is to use a tag, so I added the sentiment from Taylored Expressions in a tag shape. So anyway, I made 4 cards for my stash - yay, way to go me.

Tiddly Inks #165
The theme over at the Tiddly Inks Challenge is School Rules. I don't usually do the School theme challenges - what, with having no Kiddies in School. But this time I decided to give it a go. My Cousin's wee Girl has just stated her second year in School, so I used her for my inspiration. I'll maybe send her a wee sweetie or something to go with the card. This wee sweetie is from Tiddly Inks and was a dream to colour. I don't usually use these colours, but think they turned out quite nice. The papers are from Sweet Shoppe Designs - High Octane by Heather Roselli. And the wee Hugs and Kisses is a stamp from Taylored Expressions. I kept picturing enamel dot things on this, but as I don't have any I punched a few dots. I am also entering her into the Papertake Weekly Challenge where the theme is Anything Goes.

The Sugar Bowl 128
Finished another card, this time for the Challenge over at The Sugar Bowl. I have used an oldie for this one, which has been coloured for a very long time too. I have used a stamp by Mary Hall, but I don't think it is available any more. The bit of paper I have used is from Lili of the Valley. I have followed an older sketch from Sketch Saturday, and luckily they have a take your pick (from past sketches) theme going this week. The dies I have used are all MFT.

All Dressed Up Skater
When I saw the Challenge over at Cute Card Thursday was Monochrome I decided to make a black and white Christmas card. When I hear monochrome I think of black and white. So I chose this cute All Dressed Up Little Skater. Doesn't she look cute in black and white. I followed the sketch over at Papertake Weekly. I used a few embossing folders which I think are from Crafters Companion. The sentiment is from Taylored Expressions, and the snowflake is from an Xcut die set. I am also entering her into the Challenge over at All Dressed Up where they have an anything goes theme.

All Dressed Up Challenge #39
I have managed to finish another card. This time it is for the Challenge over at All Dressed Up where they have an anything goes theme. This cute image was a freebie from here. I have coloured them with Polychromos and paper stumps with Sansador. The papers are from Nitwits, and are lovely too. I have a thing about adding doilies at the mo (which I have had for at least a few years) which I distressed with walnut stain distress ink. The love hearts are Sizzix dies and the sentiment is from Kanban.

Tiddly Inks - Have a Heart
When I saw the theme over at the Tiddly Inks Challenge - Have a heart, I thought hmm, I can't have many images with a heart. Haha, how wrong was I. In fact I had this cutie all coloured up. Now don't laugh, but I liked how the colouring went, so couldn't bear to use her. But, now my colouring has been improving I thought I could use her. But - yes, I'm still liking how she turned out. I decided to make a gift bag for the Step Daughters Birthday. I had to get this image for her. She has a wee car just like this (well maybe not quite, but near enough - Haha), so it is coloured to match. Although her hair is now blonde, but hey ho, no worries. The papers are First Edition. The sentiment is from Taylored Expressions. They were a wee bit smaller than I thought they would be, but I can see me using them a lot. And don't forget the cute image by Tiddly Inks. The bag I got from Hobbycraft. I'm guessing they were on offer as I seem to have a few packs.
And another Tiddly Inks card. This was for the theme from the last Challenge. I never got it all stuck down in time, but decided to finish it instead of pushing it to the side and forgetting about it. So this Super Pup has been coloured with Polychromos pencils and blended with Sansador and paper stumps. The papers are from Sweet Shoppe Designs by Dani Mogstad and the sentiment is from Whimsy Stamps.

The Sugar Bowl 127
Running late as usual, but have finished my card for the Sugar Bowl Challenge. I have used this wee cute Fairy from Sugar Nellie, but I think she has now retired. I have coloured her with Copics and added some Wink of Stella sparkly stuff to her wings. She is nice and sparky, but you can't see in the picture. The papers are from Michele Roo Designs and the sentiment is from Whimsy stamps. The snowflakes are dies from X Cut. And the doilies were just there in front of me, and was crying out to be added. So I was happy to oblige. Haha.

Slinky Sketch Saturday
For my card I have followed the sketch over at Sketch Saturday, I so needed a sketch to work from. My mojo has been away on holiday for a wee while now. I'm hoping this is it coming back now. The image is from Slinky Tart, I do love these images just now. I have to admit colouring unusual colours for hair is so hard for me. But my Cousin is always dying her hair red, so I thought just go for it. Guitars make me think of her, I made her Wedding invites and used those Guitar die cuts, The Guitar die is a very old one from Ellison. No design paper, just coloured card, but I think it works here. I also want to enter it into the Cute Card Thursday Challenge where they have an anything goes theme.

Christmas Tags
More Christmas tags made. Maybe this could get me into making some Christmas cards now. Hmm, will give it a go. The papers are downloads from Sweet Shoppe Designs. Both sets are by Kristen Cronin Barrow. The blues are Deck the Halls - Chic, and the green is Deck the Halls - Classic. The images are all from different places. The skater girl is from All Dressed Up, the owl is from Di's Digi's and the fairy girl is from Sugar Nellie (but I think she could now be sold out and retired). I kept them all the same design to keep it easier for me. They may be small, but can take me ages with moving bits around here, there and everywhere. I am going to enter them into the challenge over at Papertake Weekly where they have a choice of themes. I went with tags. I am also entering them into the ABC Christmas Challenge where the theme is Off the edge.

Tiddly Inks 161
Thought I would get my card in for the Tiddly Inks Challenge before I was too late. They have a super easy Anything goes Challenge. I had a wee colouring session, so I went a bit mad with the pink. Only now I have a pile of pink images, I'm all pinked out. Haha. But the cute Wryn, Scooting by just had to make it to a card. I have had these doilies for a few years now and have only really just got into them. So, my cards now look bare without them - oops. I added a bit of washie tape to my image and then found a mark by the ribbon. So hopefully got away with covering it with the washie tape. The flowers are punches I have had for years, and decided to give them a go again. Thinking I'm prefering the dies at the moment though. The paper is a large pad from Papermania (again from years ago). I'm also going to enter it into In the pink Challenge where the theme is pink and floral.

The Sugar Bowl 126
I'm loving these Pocket Letters that are going about. And Yes, I know this isn't a Pocket Letter, but I have so many ideas going around my head I just don't know where to start. So anyway, along the trails on Facebook, I made it to a Tag swap page. I can do tags. So I went with a Gorjuss Girl theme. Will eventually get around to making a Pocket Letter. Well, I thought I could enter these into the Sugar Bowl Challenge where they have an anything goes theme. The green tag is a Personal Impression Stamp, it's the clear stamp set which is slightly smaller than the rubber one. (but not in stock anymore - oops), The paper is from Pink Petticoat. The middle pink one is a Sugar Nellie Gorgeous Girl (and is in stock - yay). The papers on this one are from Sweet Shoppe Designs - Bippity Boppity by Libby Pritchett. And the last one is another Personal Impressions stamp the rubber one (and again not in stock). The papers on this one are Ella Blue by GCD Studios.

Batman in disguise
When I saw the challenge over at Tiddly Inks was all about super powers, I thought this wee Batty Boy would be perfect. Only - oops - I hadn't actually bought him yet. So a little shopping spree was required. Anyway, I coloured him in, but something was wrong. So I Googled Batman, and yes I had coloured him wrong. His suit is grey not black and his cape is blue. OK - note to self, Google BEFORE I colour image. But he still looks cute - right. Anyway, he made it onto a card. And I didn't even use any design papers. That doesn't happen very often with me. I have followed the sketch over at Sketch Saturday and I also want to enter him into the Papertake Weekly Challenge where the theme is something for the Boys. I am also entering him into the Sweet Stampin Challenge where the theme is black and white with a pop of colour. The wee bat die cut is an old Sizzix Paddle Punch thing that I got before my machines. You hit the die bits with a hammer. I know, life before Bigshots eh.

Mo's Snowman
Over at Mo's Facebook page we were offered this cute snowman free for 24hrs. Of course, I just had to have it. You can now buy it in the shop here. They have also got a wee challenge going to use him over there, so I guess I will enter him on Facebook too. I have followed a sketch from Sketch Saturday, so am entering it over there too. I also want to enter it into the June Challenge at Christmas cards all year round where the theme is Snowman. The papers are digi papers by Michele Roo. The sentiment is from a stamp set by Crafty Impressions. And a Whimsy diecut snowflake.
I turned the sketch upside down for my card.
And Better late than never. Haha. I am also entering this wee Guy into Mo's Challenge over on the Blog. It is an Anything goes challenge.

Another Sugar Bowl - Yay
I managed another card for the challenge over at The Sugar Bowl. This time I used a Leanne Ellis stamp called Stitch. I used this layout on a card before and liked how it turned out, so thought I would go with it again. I bought the doilies at The Hobbycraft show years ago and have only used them once before (if that). So I have been busy making cards with them and am lovin them. The papers were a bit of a boo boo, but I was determined that I would use them. They are digi and my printer was obviously having a fit when I printed them - they were supposed to be brown - oops. They are from Sweet Shoppe Designs - Christmas Spirit:- Comfort and Joy by Zoe Pearn. I added the two pins for the sewing touch. I don't really have any sewing bits and bobs. Hmm, may need to change that. I also want to enter it into the Papertake Weekly Challenge which has an anything goes theme.
And my first card with this layout was with these cute dolphins from the Craft for Clearwater over at Kit and Clowder Facebook page. They have a bit of a fundraiser going on over there. I think there is still a few days left to donate. The papers are digi by Tamara at Spunky Tart.

Winter Wonderland Tags
I really must get a start on some Christmas makes. So I have made some Tags for the Winter Wonderland Challenge. For some reason, when I make tags, I seem to go in sets of six. And as these coffee cups are in at the moment, I thought I would jump in with them. (Hopefully they will still be big at Christmas - Haha). Anyway - the cup is a Whimsy Die and I love it. It certainly makes cute gift tags. The red one are using Papers from Michele Roo Designs and the holly is a Spellbinders die. And then a wee bit of bakers twine to finish.
The black ones are just some black card. I have glued it onto white card so you can see the writing on the back, but I suppose if you use a white pen, you wouldn't need to do that. The snowflake is from a large set of dies from x-cut that I managed to get at a Hobbycraft show.
I think I am liking the red ones best, but both are nice. The die is a nice size for these.

Tiddly Inks Wedding
When I saw the theme over at The Tiddly Inks Challenge was to make an Easel card, I just had to make one. I love easel cards, but for some reason don't make them very often. So I decided to make a Wedding card using Wedding Bells Digi stamp - isn't it cute (the stamp that is Haha). The papers are a download from Sweet Shoppe Designs - Here without you by Krystal Hartley. I printed the Wedding sentiment at the bottom and the circle sentiment is from Lili of the Valley. I added some pearls and a few flowers to finish.

Papertake Weekly - Take your pick
I have had this card on the go for a while now. It just wasn't happening, but finally I got it to come together. And just in time for the Challenge over at Papertake Weekly where they have a few themes etc to choose from. I went with the colour theme - blue and green. I have used this wee Cutie, which is a digi stamp from Wee stamps. Only they have closed there doors (but will hopefully reopen at some point). But I think it may be in rubber from Whimsy Stamps. The sentiment is Lili of the valley and the papers are from Crafters Companion. The image is cut out using an MFT die and the clouds are Memory Box.

The Sugar Bowl 125
Boy where did the last month go. And can you believe I missed the last Challenge over at The Sugar Bowl - no me neither. Well this is the card I made for it, but the Linky thing was away on holiday when I was gonna post it. Teach me to leave it to the very last minute eh. But, hey, another easy Anything Goes this month, so I am still managing to enter it. So my entry into The Sugar Bowl where the theme is Anything Goes. The wee Guy is Furry Friends - Texting and he is Digi. The papers are My Minds Eye, a rather large pad that I have had for an age. I guess I have finished stroking them - Haha. The wee Paw tag is a die from MFT Pet Charms.

Kraftin Kimmie Bingo
Kraftin Kimmie were having a party over on Facebook and this was my entry into the Bingo Challenge. The image is called Angie and thought I would ink her up for the first time. The papers are Dovecraft and I haven't even had them for 6 months yet. I know - how could I cut them up yet. I have followed the sketch over at Sketch Saturday (only I haven't gone with the oval, she wouldn't fit in my ovals - haha). And since there is a bit of lace in there I thought I would enter it into the Challenge over at Cute Card Thursday where the theme is Lovely Lace. The diecut is a Whimsy Die, which I am really liking just now. It may be a bit big for here, but I just had to use. The metal corner is from Wild Orchid crafts.

Tiddly Inks #156
I had to think about this one. The Challenge over at Tiddly Inks is So Sweet!! I didn't think I had any Tiddly Ink stamps with sweets/cakes on them. But when I looked, I actually have several. Oops - guess I have more than I thought eh. So I opted for this wee cutie - Sweet Tooth - Cute as a Cupcake. I have used the digi version, but she also comes as a Clear Stamp. The papers are from First Edition. I am slowly using some of my real papers (but don't think I will ever manage to use them all up). The sentiment is from Personal Impressions and the button is an MFT diecut. I have followed the sketch from Papertake Weekly, but I'm not entering it over there as I have already entered with a black and white card. She is coloured with Polychromos pencils and blended with Sansador and paper stumps.

Kraftin Kimmie Selfie
Decided to go for the full black and white feel. But, Boy do I hate colouring the skin this way. I end up going way too dark. But here she is anyway. The stamp is Oh Snap! from Kraftin Kimmie, and the sentiment comes with her. The papers are oldies from Papermania. I kinda followed the April Sketch from Kraftin Kimmie. I am entering this into the Kraftin Kimmie Saturday Challenge where the theme is Black and White. Think this just about covers that. Haha. I am also entering her into the Cute Card Thursday Challenge where the theme is Use a Sentiment.

Kraftin Kimmie Wonderful Wednesday
Boy have I been busy making these cards this last wee while. But it wont likely last much longer. I've a weeks holiday next week, so the mojo will go on holiday too probably. Anyway, my card for today is for the Wonderful Wednesday Challenge over at Kraftin Kimmie where they have an anything goes theme. I was making it for their Saturday Challenge - black and white, but have decided to make a fully black and white card. Might have to change my mind later mind you. I hate colouring skin in greys/blacks. The image is called Going Places. The papers are Papermania from many years ago. A huge pad, so have still loads to get through. The sentiment is a stamp from Whimsy Stamps here. A little bit of ribbon, wee rhinestones and a ribbon slider to finish. I followed the sketch from Sketch Saturday, and even remembered to post it in time this time. Haha. I am also going to enter it into the Papertake Weekly Challenge where there are several things to choose from. I went with the colours White plus one (excluding skin and hair)

Kraftin Kimmie #276 = Twine
I decided to make a chocolate/bottle tag thing today. I recently bought this Kraftin Kimmie image called Nettie which I thought would be good for them. And another (or at least one) item towards Christmas. I got the tutorial from here. I am entering it into the Challenge over at Kraftin Kimmie where they want you to use some twine. I have used a little bit in the button. The papers are real again from Dovecraft - although I do have them in digital too. I am also going to enter it into the challenge over at Papertake Weekly where they want to see Cute as a button - either a button or cute. Lucky I used a button eh. Oh, almost forgot. Sugar Nellie Gorjuss Party
Another Gorjuss Girl card. I do love me Gorjuss Girls. I have a few all coloured up and ready for cards. But I liked the colouring, so couldn't bring myself to put them on cards. But as my colouring is improving I thought just go for it. For this one, I have used a Personal Impression stamp called New Heights. This one is from the clear stamp set. It is slightly smaller than the rubber (hmm - yes I have both rubber and clear). But I can only find her in the Do Crafts range (no - I haven't got this one - yet). Anyway, I am going to enter her into the Sugar Nellie Gorjuss Girl Challenge. The papers are real and are from GCD Studio - Ella Blue, which I have had for a while, but am slowly getting through. The sentiment is also Personal Impressions and a couple of MFT diecut buttons. I actually used the sketch from Sketch Saturday but missed the deadline oops.

Kraftin Kimmie #274
I decided to get my Copics out and have a wee play. I so need to practice more with them. Although I am quite impressed with my colouring on this one I am more comfortable using my Polychromos pencils, but like the results with the Copics. So I guess it's gonna be practice, practice, practice for me eh. But I also will have to invest in some more colours because I don't have loads of colours other than skin and hair. Well I have a nice pink combo that I can use, but you get a bit fed up colouring everything pink - haha. Anyway - onto my card. The image is from Kraftin Kimmie stamps. The paper's are from Sweet Shoppe Designs - Carolina Coast by Melissa bennett. The seashells are a die from Marianne designs. I have followed the April sketch from the Kraftin Kimmie Blog and would like to enter it into their challenge where the theme is to decorate the inside. So I'll give you a little peak of the inside.
I would also like to enter it into the challenge over at Papertake Weekly where the theme is anything goes.
