Cute Card Thursday 466 - Florals

Yes, I'm late posting again. But the challenge over at Cute Card Thursday is all about florals this week. We are sponsored by Alicia Bel.

I have gone with a Saturated Canary image for my card this week. Sadly the shop has closed down, but I have plenty of images to play with. The papers I have hoarded for a while, so thought it was about time I used them. Dies used are MFT and Tonic (for the scalloped circle). Coloured with Polychromos and blended with Sansador using paper stumps.

Cute Card Thursday 465 - No Patterned Paper

Finally getting this posted. I'm so late, but it's OK there's still time to play along with the Challenge over at Cute Card Thursday. The theme this week is no Patterned Papers. You can do that - right. We are sponsored this week by Di's Digi Stamps.. She has some super cute stamps in her shop.

For my card I have used Izzy's Nativity and decided to go with a WOW (white on white) card. Coloured with Polychromos Pencils and blended with Sansador using Paper Stumps. I embossed the background with holly embossing folder by Embossalicios and the holly die cut is an Impressions Obsessions die. The others are Tonic and MFT dies.

Cute Card Thursday 464 - Lace or frills

And another week gone by. So I guess that means another challenge over at Cute Card Thursday, and the theme this week is Lace or Frills. We are sponsored by All Dressed Up.

I have used this super cute image from All Dressed Up and coloured her up with Copics. The papers are actually card that I got in a fill up your own box. A bit of lace and some metal corner thingies from Wild Orchid Crafts. The tag is a die from Whiff of Joy.

Cute card Thursday 463 - Be My Valentine

Well another week and that means another challenge over at Cute Card Thursday. We have a Valentine theme going on this week. We are sponsored by Whimsy Stamps this week.

For my project this week, I've made a bag / box thingie. Yep technical name. I found some heart doilies in a box that I must have had for years, so why not use one - right. Black card for the box (nightmare to take a photo if though) and some red paper for the bottom. I used an old Martha Stewart border punch for the border. A bit of ribbon, some sequins and heart gems. Oh, and don't forget the cute Penguin. He is from Whimsy Stamps and is digital - so instant - Yay. You can find the tutorial for the bag here.
