Cute Card Thursday 665 - Anything Goes

The Son got his Girlfriend a puppy for Christmas. A very cute Collie dog. So even though he is the present, he still has to get a 1st Christmas card - right. I have used the super cute Colorado Craft Company stamp sets. Coloured using Polychromos Pencils and blended with Sansador using Paper stumps. The papers are Papermania. I printed the Christmas and wrote the rest. Not that I like my own writing.

I made a matchbox card for my Sister's Birthday. I'm not sure about this December Birthday - I'm in Christmas mode by now. I have used Frog Prince from Whimsy Stamps. The matchboxes are a die from Sizzix and I just made the easel card to fit. The drawers fit 3 wee single dairy milk sweets in each. Coloured with Polychromos Pencils and blended with Sansador using paper stumps.

I made a box to put the card in. Using a wrap to keep it closed. The sentiment is a stamp from Taylored Expressions.

 This weeks Challenge over at Cute Card Thursday is a super easy Anything Goes. We are sponsored by Whimsy Stamps.

I decided to make some Candy Cane Tags. I printed some Buffalo Plaid paper out and die cut with an MFT Tag die. The circles are MFT too. I just love Nutcrackers, so these stamps were a no brainer. These Nutcracker Stamps certainly came to life when coloured. Coloured with Polychromos Pencils and blended with Sansador using Paper Stumps.

 Onto another challenge over at Cute Card Thursday and we have the theme of silver or gold. We are sponsored by Bugaboo Stamps this week.

I have used silver mirri card. But it really doesn't like having it's photo taken. Haha. Kept it pretty simple really (OK very simple). The Penguin is Bugaboo which I have had coloured for ages, so thought it was time he made it to a card. The sentiment is from Lili of the Valley. Used a snowflake embossing folder and a Martha Stewart Icicle punch.

When I saw this Taylored Expressions stamp setm I just knew I needed it. I love this one. The horse is a stamp set from Your Next Stamp and just went with the sentiment. The papers are digi from Sweet Shoppe Designs. I have made a wee pizza box. So simple to make.

 New challenge over at Cute Card Thursday has the theme of Wintry this week. We are sponsored by All Dressed Up Stamps.

I made a wee pizza box. I need a few of these made, so you may see a few more. I think the image is from Dis Digistamps, but I can't seem to find it amongst my images. It has been coloured in for a while just waiting to be used. Coloured with Polychromos pencils and blended with Sansador using paper stumps. I have added some sticles glitter on the snowflakes. I don't use it much these days, but have loads. I seem to use wink of stella for my sparkles now.

I made another sticky note calendar. I used an oldie for this one. The image is Daisy an Elisabeth Bell image from Sugar Nellie. I haven't coloured her in ages. I coloured her with Polychromos Pencils blended with Sansador using paper stumps. The papers are digi from Sweet Shoppe Designs. The sticky note, calendar tabs and pencil are all from Amazon. I added some wink of stella to the flowers. It really does sparkle in real life. But it wouldn't show in any pictures. Typical eh.

 Oops running a bit late here. But anyway, a new challenge has started over at Cute Card Thursday. The theme this week is Halloween. I'm quite enjoying making Halloween bags this year. We are sponsored by Dis Digi Stamps.

I decided to make a wee something for the Granddaughters Cousins since there wont be any Guising this year. Well, what started off as a wee sweetie cone has turned into  a bag with a cone, juice and crisps. Think I got a bit carried away. Haha. But hey - I enjoyed making it. The image is a new Lili of the Valley one. The background is digi papers from Lili of the Valley too. I'm loving these with the images which come in different formats. I have used a PNG one here. I decided to make a wee bag for Big Sis for Halloween. I told her I was making up some bags for the Grandkids and I think she was feeling a bit left out. Haha. I made a gift box this week. I made a DL sized Z fold card. (I think that's what it's called). I don't make these shapes very often, but with slimline cards making a comeback - Who knows. I have used this cutie. The papers are digi from Polkadoodles. I put a wee pocket on the inner bit to add a bookmark. I ran out of time, so will add the bookmark later - haha.

I made a wee Popcorn box for some Halloween treats. They are quite dinky, but turn out cute. I got the die from Stampin Up, but it was a lot smaller than I thought. But that's OK, it's cute - haha. The papers are digi from Sweet Shoppe Designs. I used dies for the cobwebs from Whimsy Stamps. But it's an old one, so don't know if it's still available. The Penguin is a digi image from Whimsy Stamps from here or in rubber here. The Ghosts are dies from Memory Box, again rather old. And the chocolate is all eaten. Haha.

I got the new background die from Whimsy Stamps here, so went with that. I decided to use Magical Unicorn from All Dressed Up to go with the rainbow thing. I had the ribbon already sitting there. So it all came togeter nicely. I added the sequins because they were there too. Haha. I can make things without patterned papers, but I had to think about this one.

For my card I have used Gnome Fishing. A super cute digital stamp. I have coloured him using Polychromos Pencils and blended with Sansador using Paper stumps. The papers are from a very old 12x12 paper pad by My Minds Eye. I had a wee tidy up (only a wee tidy, I am easily distracted) and found a big pad hardly used. The grass is an old Quickutz die and the buttons are an MFT die.

I have made a bottle tag with a pocket for a bar of chocolate. It is actually measured to take a bar of Lindt chocolate. But a smaller big bar of Cadbury's fits in too. The bees are from Kraftin Kimmie Stamps and can be found here. I used Distress Inks for the background and added a few sequins. The bees are coloured with Polychromos Pencils and blended with Sansador with paper stumps.

Cute Card Thursday 648 - Embossing

 New challenge at Cute card Thursday and this week we have an Embossing theme. We are sponsored by Dis Digi Stamps. 

For my card, I went very simple with my embossing. I die cut the banners from an MFT die. I embossed the larger white one with a Crafters Companion embossing folder. The image is a pre coloured image from Dustin Pike and you can find it here. The sentiment is from Lili of the Valley and can be found here. I was planning on using a different sentiment, but my Big Shot die cutting machine died. So I went with what I had cut already. I'm looking at it now thinking I really want another sentiment on there though. I don't do cutting with scissors, so will have to wait. Although my Birthday is coming up, so plenty of hints to Hubby. Haha.

I have realised I obviously don't do bright colours. I don't have many bright papers. I have followed the sketch over at Sketch Saturday although I have rotated it.

I have made another sticky note calendar. I'm getting a bit carried away making these. I have used a super cute gnome from this set by Dustin Pike. And the best part is - it's digital, so instant. Yay. I have coloured him with Polychromos pencils and blended with Sansador using paper stumps. The papers are digi too from Sweet Shoppe Designs. Adventure:Badger by Studio Flergs. I managed to get a wee black mark above the gnome. But saved the day with a wee wooden bee. The honey comb is a die from Whimsy too.
