The Sugar Bowl 111
I can't believe I missed the last challenge. So here I am early for this one, and I might even have a second card, if I can get a picture taken and put onto here. Anyway I made an Easel card, so excuse the photo. They really don't take a good picture. So I have made my card for the Challenge over at The Sugar Bowl where the theme is Fairies. I have used one of the new Digital images - Gift Wrapping by Sugar Nellie. I haven't used any backing papers - shocking I know, but have used plenty of diecuts. The snowflakes are Whimsy Dies and the fence is a Magnolia Doohickey. The circle sentiment is Lili of the Valley and the other one is Crafty Impressions. The Poinsettia is a Marianne D die. I have added a few rhinestone thingies and glitter to finish off. I am also entering it into the Sugar Nellie Facebook Challenge.

Simply Betty November
Just about getting my card in on time for the challenge over at Simply Betty's Facebook page. You got a choice of two images and I chose Little Indian Betty, You also had to use feathers somewhere on your project - I hope diecut feathers are OK. I do have feathers, somewhere. But I really don't use them and had recently bought this die from Cheery Lyn. The papers are from Sweet Shoppe Designs - Thankful by Jean Barrett. The diecut flowers are MFT with wee rhinestones added to the centre and a bit of ribbon to finish.

Cute Card Thursday #294
Got another Christmas card here, this one is for the challenge over at Cute Card Thursday where the theme is Animal Magic. My image is a Lili of the Valley stamp and pretty sweet at that. The papers were a freebie in a magazine, probably last year (or possibly the year before- yeah I hoard papers). The tree is a Marianne Design Die which I put some twinklet glitter stuff on. I was planning on dotting some white ink on, but came across this glitter first. And the sentiment is Cats Life Press.
I also want to enter it into the Challenge over at Crafty Little Fairies where the theme is Christmas in November.

The Sugar Bowl 109
My entry into the challenge over at The Sugar Bowl. They want you to use one of your first Sugar Nellie stamps. And this was one of my first - Splashing Maggie, and they are still selling her. My other first ones were Hamish in a Kilt and Duck in boots. It feels like a lifetime ago right enough. The papers are from Funky Hand and the sentiment is from High Hopes. I got the sentiment just to go with this stamp. The clouds are Lil Inker.

The Sugar Bowl 108
Managed to get my card finished and up. Not getting much crafting here at the mo, and no mojo really doesn't help with that. Anyway, got my card finished for the Challenge over at The Sugar Bowl, where it is an anything goes challenge again. I have used a Digi image - Penguin Party for this card. I do love these wee Penguins. The papers are a download from Sweet Shoppe Designs - Falala by Dani Mogstad. The sentiment is Lili of the Valley and the die is Memory Box. I entered this into the challenge over at Sugar Nellie's Facebook Page. But that challenge is now over. But there is a new one up - Halloween (Halloween image or just Halloween colours). I think I can manage that one.

The Sugarbowl 107
I've managed to finish off another 2 Christmas cards. Yay - go me. I have used a couple of super sweet digi images from Sugar Nellie. For my first card I have used Princess. I am going to enter her into the challenge over at The Sugar Bowl which is an anything goes challenge. Nice and simple for me. The papers are from Sweet Shoppe Designs - Happy Holidays by Zoe Pearn. The sentiment is from Lili of the Valley. The poinsettia is a Marianne D die and the button is an MFT die.
And for my second card, I have used another new super sweet digi image from Sugar Nellie - Elf made magic. The papers are again from Sweet Shoppe Designs - Deck the Halls by Kristen Cronin Barrow. And again the same dies used on this one. I guess they must have been lying around when I did both eh.

Simply Betty August Facebook Challenge
Better get this one in quick. Only a few more days left for this challenge. I just haven't managed much crafting this last week or so. But I have finally managed to get this one finished. I have made a wee Halloween gift bag to put some wee candy in. The image was a freebie from Simply Betty stamps as long as you entered this challenge. The papers are from Sweet Shoppe Designs - Hocus Pocus by Melissa Bennett. The fence is a Magnolia die and the ghosts are Memory Box. The drippy goo border is a Martha Stewart punch. And of course the image and sentiment are Simply Betty.

High Hopes #182
The challenge over at High Hopes is red and green. So of course I made a Christmas card. This cutie is from last years Christmas releases (I think) and I love him. But then I do have a wee soft spot for Penguins. I don't know who the paper is by. I found it amongst my mega sized stash of papers. The sentiment is Lili of the Valley. It is green, but I'm not sure it shows up too well. I added a bit of ribbon and 3 wee rhinestones. I also want to enter it into the challenge over at Winter Wonderland where they want to see red and green too.

The Sugar Bowl 106
My entry into The Sugar Bowl Challenge. Which again is anything goes. I am also entering it into the Sugar Nellie Facebook Challenge which is to use your favourite Sugar Nellie image. Now that was the hard part, I mean come on - how can you choose eh. Well I kinda did - I chose Pippi Longsocks, she is defo one of my faves anyway. The papers are more Sweet Shoppe Designs - Sweet Sixteen by Melissa Bennett. The wavy die is Spellbinders and the buttons and flower are MFT dies. The sentiment is by Personal Impressions. And my wee froggy is an old Quickutz die. See I knew they would come in handy someday.

Penny Black Winter Wonderland
I'm now getting into Christmas mode. But I still have some Birthday cards I need to make, so I guess it wont last long. Well I got this Penny Black stamp in the sale at The Glitterpot and I'm lovin it. It goes well with these Papermania papers from last year. I am entering this card into the challenge over at Winter Wonderland where the theme is red, white and kraft. I love seeing everyone's colouring on kraft so decided to give it a go. Thinking now, I might prefer it on white. Anyway, the image is cut out with a nestie. The sentiment is Cats Life Press and the Poinsettia is a Marianne D die.
I have also coloured on white and made this card into an easel card. The bottom sentiment is by Crafty Impressions. I am entering this one into the challenge over at Crafty Hazelnuts Christmas Monthly Challenge where they have an anything goes theme every month.

It's Christmas
Two cards from me today. Thought I really should make a start on my Christmas cards, so here we are. My first card is a Christmas card which I want to enter into The Winter Wonderland Challenge, where they want to see a Boy and a Girl. I had a look through my stamps, and thought I don't actually have loads with two together. So I went with an older stamp from Whimsy stamps. And since there is a cute lil Snowman, I want to enter it into the Challenge over at Sweet Stampin Christmas, where they want to see a Snowperson. The papers are a download from Sweet Shoppe Designs - A Joyous Christmas by Julie Billingsley, matted on red card and a little bit of ribbon. The sentiment is also a download (of which I can't find at the mo, but will be back to let you know). I also want to enter it into the challenge over at Crafty hazelnuts Christmas Challenge xtra - July, where the theme is anything goes as long as it's Christmas.
And finally my next card is for my next Sugar Bowl entry. Thought I would sneak another one in before the deadline. For this card I have used another older stamp Upside Down by Diane Duda from Sugar Nellie. The papers are K&Co (another oldie) and the sentiment is Personal Impressions. I added a few different punched Butterflies.

Simply Betty Evil Facebook Challenge
I decided to go with Evil for the challenge over at Simply Betty's Facebook Challenge. But I have decided I really don't do evil. I think it still looks kinda cute. You got the choice of evil or good for the challenge. You got a different mermaid, depending which you chose, for free. They were both cute (so I bought the other one - shh). They now have several cute mermaids in store, so can see another shopping spree coming on. Anyway, back to my card. The papers are downloads from Sweet Shoppe Designs - Spooky Ooky by Fee Jardine. I added the ribbon, after colouring it with my Copic marker. A Marianne Designs Anchor die (I'm lovin this die just now). The sentiment was included with the Mermaid.

The Sugar Bowl 105
I'm into black and white cards at the mo. And what can be cuter than a black and white fairy. I'm no good at colouring the skin in black, so have gone with normal skin and hair colours. Anyway, my card is my entry into The Sugar Bowl Challenge. The image is of course a Sugar Nellie stamp - The Story Teller. The papers are an old Papermania pad and the sentiment is Personal Impressions. A few Craftwork card candy and a bit of Menzies Tartan Ribbon. I am also entering it into The Sugar Nellie Facebook Challenge, which is an easy anything goes.

Simply Betty Facebook Challenge
My entry into the Simply Betty Facebook Challenge. And boy was this one a challenge. You get the image for free on their Facebook page to do the challenge. That was the easy part. They also want you to do a background, but not with paper and stamps. Now there the challenge started. I don't draw. I was going to do clouds, but Hubby tells me to not follow the rest - er, so what do you want me to do. Grass - er, OK, but what about the rest of the space. Although I think I am glad I didn't go with all clouds, that wasn't going my way. But I think it turned out OK, well that is until I put stickles on her wings. It seems to have bled a wee bit. But I'm not doing it again, so here she is. The papers are again from my old large pad by Papermania, a Lili of the Valley sentiment and Memory Box die.

Tiddly Inks sweet stampin
For today's card I have followed the sketch over at Sweet Stampin. I have used this sweet Mermaid image from Tiddly Inks, so thought as the theme over at the Tiddly Inks challenge was Summertime, this would be perfect. I also want to enter it into the first challenge over at A Creative Romance, which is a nice easy one of anything goes. The papers are a download from Sweet Shoppe Designs - Here without you by Krystal Hartley. The doily behind the image is a die from Cheery Lynn Designs. The shells are dies from Marianne D and the clouds are a Memory Box die. I printed the sentiment out and cut it out with a Spellbinders die.

The Sugar Bowl 104 #2
Another entry into The Sugar Bowl Challenge, where they have an anything goes theme. This time a lil black and white fairy. I so can't wait for the new fairy release. The sneak peaks so far are awesome. The papers are from an old rather large pad from \papermania - do crafts. Thought I had better start using some up. So I might just have a few black and white cards showing soon. The sentiment is a Lili of the Valley stamp and a few card candy to finish. I added a little stickles to the wings for some sparkle. Of course the image is from Sugar Nellie - Hazel from the homegrown range. I am also entering this into The Sugar Nellie Facebook Challenge where they want to see you use a Fairy.
I also want to enter it into the challenge over at Sketchy Colours where the theme is black, grey and white.

The Sugar Bowl 104
For my Sugar Bowl entry this time round, I have used this super sweet Leanne Ellis stamp. Again the theme is anything goes - I think I can just about manage that. I have followed the sketch over at Sketch Saturday. I wasn't too sure with this sketch at first, but as usual, when I started putting everything into place it came together nicely. Of course, the image is by Sugar Nellie and the papers are GCD studios - Ella Blue. I printed out the text and used MFT button dies and Whimsy corner die. I added a few pearls, twine and a bit of ribbon to finish.

Simply Betty Facebook Challenge - May
I have a rather bright card to show today. So not my usual colours, but I do kinda like it. The Simply Betty Facebook Challenge for the month of May is to use this image and use the colours orange, yellow, white and black. The papers are digi papers from Sweet Shoppe Designs - High Octane by H Roselli. I had some flowers lying in a box - why I have these colours, I have absolutely no idea. But so glad I did. A wee butterfly punch from Hobbycraft and I can't remember the circle die, think it's a Nellie Snellen die. The corner is from Wild Orchid crafts (as re the flowers I think). I added a wee bit of stickles to give the wings a bit of sparkle.

The Sugar Bowl 103 again
A little white on white card for me today. I am entering it into the challenge over at The Sugar Bowl, my second entry. The image is a Simply Sassy by Krista Smith - Bella Bunting. The theme over there is Anything goes. I have used the Spellbinders m bossibilities embossing folder. It is double sided and is A4 in size. I got it for the dainty dots, but I now think I prefer the other side. The sentiment is Lili of the Valley and the corner is a Whimsy die. A few flowers and some pearls and a bit of ribbon and that's me.

The Sugar Bowl #103
Something pretty simple from me this week for the Challenge over at The Sugar Bowl. A wee Tag using the super cute Hamish. Decided to keep it simple, but then again, everything I do just now is simple. But I do like it. The cream paper is from Pink Petticoat and I found a sheet of Tartan paper in my mountain of stash. The button is a die from MFT, and I printed the text. Told ya - Simple.

Simply Betty Stamps - April Facebook Challenge
My entry to the Simply Betty Facebook Challenge. Got this image free as long as I made something for the challenge. Well here it is. They wanted to see ribbon and swirls too. Well I have used both, just. Don't know why I used gold, but I'm liking it anyway. The papers are a download from Sweet Shoppe Designs - Here without you by Krystal Hartley. These seem to be my new favourites. A couple of MFT die flowers and a Cheery Lyn die mini flourish and a few wee pearls in the centre of the flowers.

The Sugar Bowl 102
I'm a bit slow in putting this on my Blog. I entered it into the Sugar Nellie Facebook challenge the other week. But here is is anyway. My entry into this months Sugar Bowl Challenge, another Anything Goes. I just love this Leeann Ellis stamp, but as usual don't use it nearly as much as I should. Maybe I just have too many now. Nooo, I didn't just say that did I. The papers are proper papers - Ella Blue by GCD Studios. The sentiment is from Lili of the Valley and the corner is a Whimsy die with a wee pearl added to the middle. I also die cut a few shells using a Marianne Design D (I think) and added a bit of ribbon.

Another Sugar Bowl 101
Yes, another Sugar Bowl entry from me. Am I on a role or what. This time I have used a newbie - Mia from Sugar Nellie. The papers are again downloads from Sweet Shoppe Designs - C'est la vie by Zoe Pearn. The sentiment is a stamp set from Whimsy Stamps and the die is Memory Box. The matting is actually navy blue, but my photography skills are letting me down there. I am also entering this into Sugar Nellie's Facebook Challenge - which is spots and stripes, but there will be another challenge starting tomorrow.

The Sugar Bowl 101 again Easter
I'm on a role with my cards for The Sugar Bowl Challenge. This is No 3. I have gone with Easter for their Facebook Challenge which is Spring colours. I have used a Sugar Nellie Digi image - Bunny Pip. For a change I have used real papers, they are Forever Friends by Docrafts that I have had for, like, forever. The sentiment is from Lili of the Valley. And a bit of ribbon from Hobbycraft.

The Sugar Bowl 101 again
Man this has been hard work. Blogger (or my Internet) is playing up mega. Anyway, onto my card. My second entry into The Sugar Bowl Challenge which is a simple one of Anything goes. I have gone rather pink with this one. The papers are a download from Sweet Shoppe Designs - Sweet 16 by Melissa Bennett. The sentiment is Personal Impressions and a Martha Stewart punched Butterfly with 2 wee gems. And that's about it from me - still keeping it simple.

The Sugar Bowl 101
My entry into this Months Sugar Bowl Challenge. Another clean and simple card from me. I just can't seem to put embellishments on just now. Well I have used this cute image - Custard. I have got myself the Spellbinders A4 embossing folder with the dots, but have used the other side to it. I could be liking that side too. The clouds are Memory Box and the fence is Magnolia. And a bit of Menzies Tartan ribbon and that's me. I am also entering it into the Sugar Nellie Facebook Challenge which is embossing.

Grey High Hopes
Another Challenge card from me, shocking isn't it. This time for the High Hopes Challenge where they want you to use silver/grey/metal on your card. So I decided to go grey with a bit of colour. Remind me next time that I don't do black and white colouring. The matting is actually grey, but kinda looks black. The image is an older one from High Hopes, can't remember the name of it. Papers are Pink Petticoat and I printed the sentiment. Added a few Wild Orchid Crafts flowers and some pearls and button. Added a bit of twine too for a change.

The Sugar Bowl 100 again
My second entry into the challenge over at The Sugar Bowl where they have an anything goes theme. I am also entering it into their Facebook Challenge where they have a colour challenge going on. The papers are First Edition - New Leaf, and the sentiment is from Lili of the Valley. The flower die is Marianne Design and the flourish is Cheery Lynn. And of course the image is from Sugar Nellie -Lei La.

The Sugar Bowl 100
My card for the 100th Challenge over at The Sugar Bowl. A little red for me, but chose red for the Sugary Sunday Facebook Challenge, although you only needed to use a little bit of red. And I really must play about with my new camera, I just don't seem to be quite right with my pictures. I coloured an older digi image Poppy from the Homegrown range, with my polychromos pencils and blended with sansador. The papers are from the Me To You range by Do Crafts. And added a bit of ribbon. I think it could do with something else, but nothing else looked right, so I left it alone.

The Sugar Bowl 99 entry 2
My second entry into The Sugar Bowl Challenge and first into the Sugar Nellie Facebook Challenge where they want to see you using charms. I decided to go with this cutie and make non specific Baby card. The papers are downloads from Pink Petticoat and I printed the sentiment out. Added a strip of ribbon and a wee pram charm from the bow.

The Sugar Bowl 99
Thought I had better get my card on here. I have made her up for the challenge over at The Sugar Bowl. They have changed the challenge slightly. They don't have a sketch and the theme is anything goes. And it now lasts the whole month. What's the chances of me getting another card in then, eh. So I thought I would get this wee girlie made into a card. The papers are downloads from Sweet Shoppe Designs - Alphabet Soup - Girl by Zoe Pearn. The sentiment is from Lili of the Valley, and of course the image is from Sugar Nellie - a digi image. I also want to enter it on The Sugar Nellie Blog where they want to see projects made using the new digi images. I've also entered it into the challenge over at The Official Sugar Nellie Facebook challenge - which is Girlie this week.

The Sugar Bowl 98
First up I have my entry into the Challenge over at The Sugar Bowl where the optional extra is Let it Snow. I made this card quite quick, but this is the first chance to get it posted here. I love this stamp, and have coloured a few, so will still have to be in Christmas mode I think. The papers are from Sweet Shoppe Designs - A joyous Christmas by Julie Billingsley. The Sentiment is from Lili of the Valley.
And my next card is for the Challenge over at The Official Sugar Nellie Facebook Challenge where they have a colour challenge. Blues and Greens ish. The papers are again from Sweet Shoppe Designs - A Frosty Christmas by Julie Billingsley (again). The Sentiment is from Whimsy Stamps.
