I got a bit carried away with this one. The challenge over at Winter Wonderland is to make a gift card holder for Christmas. I decided to make 2 - a his and hers for Hubbies kids. Well I say kids, but they can now be classed as young adults I think. (Boy, that makes me feel old). I don't usually make these, but think I might have to make some more. I kinda like the dinky size of them. I will have to find where they do their shopping, so they can actually get a Gift card that they can use eh.
Anyway, for the Santa card, the papers are from Sweet shoppe Designs and are by Zoe Pearn. The Santa is a High Hopes stamp. I have used the EK Success snow flake border punch, but you have to look real close to see it, and printed out the text. For the Rabbit card, the papers are Pink Petticoat and the stamp is Kraftin Kimmie. I used just white card for the mat and inked the edges with Distress ink, and again printed out the text.
These are great! Love the gift card holders, and it's a fab way to get an early start on Christmas! I always say "I'll start early next year" and still never do!
