Cute Card Thursday 633 - Anything Goes

Onto another Challenge over at Cute Card Thursday where we have an Anything Goes theme on the go. We are sponsored by Whimsy Stamps this week.

For my card I used Penguin Bubble Bath from Whimsy Stamps. Coloured using Polychromos Pencils and blended with Sansador using Paper stumps. Although I don't think I am liking the pink shower cap. But it's done now (unless I print it again and stick another cap on top - haha). The papers are very old Papermania ones. I printed the sentiment.
