I have used Gnome one like you from Whimsy Stamps. I have also used a Whimsy slimline die here. The papers are digi from Sweet Shoppe Designs - Out and about - Date night. I added a few sequins to finish. Coloured with Polychromos pencils and blended with Sansador using paper stumps.
